WORKSHOPS

Place: Brno, Václavská 12a

When: starts on 12th June 2025 17.30 – 18.45 (every second Thursday in a month)

Price: 450 CZK per one workshop

Length of workshop: 75 min

Program: Guided meditation up to 30min, after there will be space for sharing and self reflections, sometimes opportunities for experiments/exercise, we end on having herbal teas or other non alcoholic refreshments.

Payment via QR code in the place before or after workshop.

This group welcomes everyone interested in learning several types of meditation and mindfulness exercises to practice in daily life.

Sometimes when we feel sad, anxious, or lonely, we may think we need to quickly fix or change things. What can be found in mindfulness and meditation practice, is that these thoughts, feelings, or moods are here, and that with an awareness of our own experiences, we can choose to relate to them in a more compassionate and healthier way.

The practice of mindfulness reunites us with ourselves in being fully present for others and fully present for the planet. Let’s stay in the moment and notice what is happening within us.

Working in small groups in a safe space, we can explore this together.
