I was drawn to Gestalt psychotherapy because of what I view as its integrative approach, exploring my own spiritual path alongside an emphasis on increasing awareness, focusing on present feelings, thoughts, emotions, senses, and exploring ways of relating to ourselves and to others.

Thanks to Gestalt training and my own work experiences, I have also become more whole, connected with myself and therefore have gained a deeper understanding of myself. I hope, with this experiences and awareness, I can support you too with your own unique journey and healing.

In my free time I enjoy spending time in nature, travelling, practicing different type of meditations or working with Oracle cards.
