It can sometimes feel scary and uncomfortable to open ourselves to deeper inner work of healing and change.
I am here to offer you support, guidance and authentic therapeutic relationship for you to explore your feelings, emotions or current life situation.
My aim is also to provide you with a safe space and a non-judgmental attitude.
Thanks to exploring and clarification of specific personal situations or feelings, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves, our own values and needs.
I believe that when we exclude parts of ourselves, we leave ourselves feeling incomplete, lost or frustrated. I aim to increase awareness by focusing on the present experience through your feelings, thoughts, emotions and senses.
To gain a better understanding of ourselves, it is sometimes necessary to embark on a journey of self-exploration.
As awareness increases, we can open to the possibility of experiencing and feeling compassion for the aspects of ourselves we find hardest to accept, befriend them and ultimately aid in healing.
