- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and other information mentioned in this document.
- The data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay where so provided for in the GDPR unless the processing is necessary for the establishment, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
- The data subject has the right to obtain restriction of the processing of his or her personal data where so provided for in the GDPR. Such data may then only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest.

- The data subject has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests or a third party interests or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
